Such hypocrisy by Braverman. Asked about Archie Battersbee, she suddenly finds respect for the Supreme Court's "Enemies of the People" and the "foreign judges" at the ECHR that she has said UK must leave: "It's not for me to look behind those decisions of independent courts." ~AA pic.twitter.com/OnWGWGwTHY

Legal commentator, Joshua Rozenberg, says the statement by the European Court to not interfere with the decision to withdraw Archie Battersbee's life support reflects its "respect" for the UK courts.https://t.co/r54RLbfIJ2 pic.twitter.com/lor9alLsEl
The legal arguments pursued by lawyers for Archie Battersbee’s parents, very clearly analysed and explained by @JoshuaRozenberg. The arguments put to the Court of Appeal (and rejected) last Friday are consistent with the views of Christian Concern https://t.co/oOb7z8ZhGI
